Caitlyn Zhu is a current senior at The Nueva School in San Mateo, deeply interested in biology and public health. She continuously learns about nutrition through avid reading and online courses, including the 2024 Global Health Leaders Conference from Johns Hopkins and the Lifestyle Medicine & Food as Medicine Essentials Course Bundle from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She is eager to make a difference in children’s health through Kids For Healthy Food.
